Refund policy

Because each item is individually crafted, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference. Please allow 2/3 weeks for production prior to shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 1 day of delivery at prettyuglypieces.inc@gmail.com. Include name, order number, clear photos of the issue and a good contact number. Once approved, we will replace the item, issue credit, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only. After production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
